February's Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!

This month we have 61 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month's SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs. This is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!

This stamp set just begged for cute little boxes, so I got out my cricut machine and used the Art Philosophy cartridge to cut some out.  I love how easy this is.  It took me less than an hour to make all 3 of these adorable little boxes! 

For the first one, I used the sonoma papers and made one of the lollipop flowers as a background for the sentiment.  This is my first ever lollipop flower, and I think it turned out pretty good which is a good thing because I will be teaching a workshop on how to make them later this month :0)

This second one uses the Roxie paper and the new baker's twine.  I used the Art Philosophy cartridge to cut out all 3 of the sentiments.  It tells your right on the stamp sheet which size to cut out making it super easy.

The 3rd is a cute little take-out box again using the Sonoma paper, I'm so glad they decided to carry this one over to the new spring/summer catalog because it's one of my favorites.

New Product Blog Hop!

Prayer Journal

I love the Sonoma papers and made this little prayer journal with them.

I used the Everlasting Life stamp set for the verse, and I'm not sure if you can tell from the pic, but the universal backgrounds is used on the bamboo oval and the olive frame.  I used bamboo ink on bamboo cardstock for the background on the oval, and then smokey plum for the verse as well as on the olive and spongedaubing for the edges.  I cut out the oval and frame with my Art Philosophy Cricut cartride, and then just flipped over the inside of the frame for the vertical paper.  So simple!  I added the ribbon and the clasp and then done.  Thanks for looking!
